To register and use the 40jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
40jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 40jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 40jl is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 40jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
40jl is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
40jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
40jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 40jl's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–4 hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 40jl does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All transactions on the 40jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 40jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
40jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 40jl reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.
40jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
All games available on the 40jl Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.
40jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games and partners with licensed live dealer studios for live casino products. All game outcomes are determined by certified technology and are not subject to manipulation by 40jl or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 40jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 40jl is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 40jl Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 40jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 40jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 40jl Platform without the prior written consent of 40jl. Unauthorized use of 40jl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

40jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 40jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
40jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
40jl implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and OTP verification, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 40jl cannot guarantee absolute security.
40jl will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
40jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 40jl will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or regulation, 40jl will provide advance notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
40jl operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
